Mich...That's great Lisa :-) Bet it was great.
Michelle, yes you save 3 Tbsp from the batch you just made ready to do your next batch. So you only have to buy the pot set yoghurt to start you off. Usually after about 8 uses I start my culture again by buying another shop bought pot set yoghurt....it can go a bit too sour I find the longer it gets used. We just add homemade jam or honey to sweeten. Or honestly my kids now are great at eating it natural. My next experiments will be to add some sugar before cooking it to see the result.....Sarah Foleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02254111810518912018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4251966383813202099.post-87827402336441175202011-10-29T14:29:47.764-07:002011-10-29T14:29:47.764-07:00So, each time you make it, do you use the pot set ...So, each time you make it, do you use the pot set yogurt or can you 3 Tbsp of your homemade yogurt instead? Do you add fruit or sweetener as you serve it up?Meeshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08258847795294322858noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4251966383813202099.post-7742764574215407092011-10-29T02:30:57.821-07:002011-10-29T02:30:57.821-07:00I just made this for the first time a couple of da...I just made this for the first time a couple of days ago. I used a Greek yoghurt from our farmers market and it turned out fantastic. I used a small flask instead of the thermoserver. Don't know why its taken me so long to try this one!! Really happy with the results.
LisaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
